Job summary

Longbridge Group seeks a seasoned Product Designer to support the Growth team in expanding the customer base and exploring new markets. You will identify and qualify leads, collaborate with sales and marketing, and track engagement trends across outreach campaigns.

A strong emphasis on data-led design and rapid prototyping guides your work. Join a team that values collaboration, fast iterations, and high-quality UI.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X.
• Experience in an agile environment with two-week sprints.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff.
• Work with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead the Product Design.
• Ensure design choices are data led by identifying assumptions to test each sprint.
• Design pixel perfect responsive UI’s and adopt common interface patterns.
