Job summary

Outdoorsy in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and optimize our core RV rental marketplace, balancing host supply and guest demand while driving incremental revenue. You will lead rapid experimentation and prototype UI/UX changes using Claude Design and Claude Code to move fast.

The role requires 6+ years in product management with 2–3 years leading a two-sided marketplace, strong analytical rigor, and experience shaping lifecycle and funnel strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management with 2–3 years leading a two-sided marketplace.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through experimentation and micro-optimizations.
• Strong ability to break down complex metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience using AI tools to prototype and accelerate product work.

Responsibilities

• Own core marketplace strategy and drive incremental revenue.
• Improve liquidity and balance supply/demand across geographies.
• Analyze journeys to remove friction for guests and hosts.
• Lead AI-assisted prototyping and rapid UI/UX changes.
• Maintain an experimentation roadmap and run controlled tests.
