Job summary

Plug in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Growth to own both sides of Plug's marketplace throughput: the consumer seller funnel and the dealer auction experience. You will report to the SVP of Product & Technology, operating with high agency as a senior individual contributor.

You will shape experiments, ship decisions fast, and work across product, marketing, and ML to maximize funnel conversion and marketplace activity in an on-site role in Santa Monica.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of improving a conversion funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own the dealer auction experience, including bidding logic, engagement mechanics, and mobile app development.
