Job summary

Outdoorsy, operated by The Ride Platform, is seeking an analytical, growth-focused Senior Product Manager to own our RV rental marketplace. The role centers on optimization, high-velocity experiments, and incremental improvements to the core platform.

You will leverage AI tools such as Claude Design and Claude Code to prototype, test, and deploy changes quickly. You will own the North Star metric—Departed Revenue—while balancing liquidity, conversion, and unit economics across a two-sided

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management with 2–3 years leading a two-sided marketplace.
• Proven track record of revenue growth via experimentation and micro-optimizations.
• Strong metrics breakdown and analytical discipline.
• Comfort using AI tooling to prototype and push changes directly.

Responsibilities

• Core Marketplace Strategy: own the North Star metric to increase Departed Revenue.
• Improve liquidity and dynamics across geographies and vehicle tiers.
• Funnel optimization and friction reduction for guests and hosts.
• AI-assisted development to prototype UI/UX and push frontend changes.
• Plan an experimentation roadmap with high-impact, controlled tests.
