Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to accelerate growth for UpToDate Expert AI products. The role spans the clinician journey from awareness to activation, focusing on expanding how clinicians discover and adopt AI-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate across marketing, clinical, commercial, and partnerships to identify new pathways, improve onboarding, and drive early engagement and sustained usage. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership position.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience, with exposure to growth, acquisition, or user engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in user adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement.
• Experience operating across multiple functions (e.g., marketing, sales, partnerships, product).
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a comprehensive growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement.
• Own growth OKRs across the end-to-end funnel to increase adoption.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives spanning teams to achieve shared goals.
• Shape onboarding and early user experiences to accelerate time-to-value and initial engagement.
• Use experiments and analytics to optimize conversion and activation with measurable impact.
• Support go-to-market efforts including messaging and launch strategies for new AI capabilities.
• Monitor growth performance and report insights and risks to leadership.
