Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Lead Technical Product Manager to accelerate growth for UpToDate Expert AI products. You will drive expansion across clinician journeys, from awareness to activation and ongoing engagement.

You will collaborate with marketing, clinical, commercial, and partnerships teams to improve onboarding, increase adoption, and translate early experiences into repeat usage, while navigating regulatory and privacy considerations in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience with growth or user engagement focus.
• Proven track record of improving adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement.
• Experience working across marketing, sales, partnerships, and product to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication across technical, business, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a comprehensive growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement.
• Own growth OKRs across the end-to-end funnel to increase adoption.
• Identify and develop new pathways to reach clinicians across channels (web, mobile, enterprise, EHR).
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams to achieve growth goals.
• Shape onboarding and early user experiences to shorten time-to-value.
• Use targeted experimentation to improve conversion and activation metrics.
