Magic Eden, a fast-growing NFT marketplace, is seeking a growth-focused professional to shape the post-signup journey, segmentation, and incentive design. You will work hands-on with data and on-chain signals to drive retention and monetization.

Responsibilities include building segmentation with on-chain activity and social signals, designing targeted offers across email, in-app, and Telegram, and owning the growth loop with clear targets and measurement.

• Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design.
• Deeply analytical and AI-native, able to go from vague questions to clean cohort cuts independently.
• High output with good judgment, comfortable with ambiguity, and a bias to execute directly rather than delegate.

• This position focuses on the full post-signup journey, including player segmentation, targeted offers, and P&L ownership.
