Job summary

Twigeo in New York is seeking a Senior App Growth Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing) to own the growth strategy and scale campaigns for world‑leading mobile apps. You will lead cross‑channel efforts across Google, Paid Social, CTV and programmatic, guiding growth, creative and analytics teams toward client business targets.

Candidates should have 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in‑house, with deep fluency in app measurement, SKAN, MMPs and incrementality testing.

• 5+ years in performance marketing for mobile apps.
• In-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and 6–12 month roadmaps for apps.

• Own client relationships as trusted advisor and guide partners through growth decisions.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with creatives to test hooks.
• Test AI tools and automated workflows to speed up campaign execution.
• Spot trends early and learn new tools fast to stay ahead.

As a Senior App Growth Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing), you will own the growth strategy and scale campaigns for some of the world’s leading apps. The Senior Growth Marketing role in action

• Taking full ownership of business goals and long-term roadmaps (6-12 months), proactively following up on targets and adjusting strategy to ensure we hit the numbers that actually matter to the business
• Setting the strategic direction across Google, Paid Social, CTV, and programmatic, while leading cross-functional teams (growth, creative and analytics) to ensure execution aligns with the client's broader business objectives
• Owning client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and guiding partners through complex growth, measurement, and scaling decisions
• Coaching junior team members to master their channels and teaming up with creatives to test bold hooks
• Testing new AI tools and workflows to speed up campaign execution, and build better ways of operating
• Spotting trends early and learning new tools fast to become the trusted partner clients rely on

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, driving cross-channel growth for mobile apps and developing high-performing strategies
• Preferably, you have previous in-house experience, giving you a first-hand understanding of business goals, product impact, and internal stakeholder dynamics
• Experience: You demonstrate strong fluency in app measurement and attribution, including SKAN, MMPs, and incrementality testing methodologies
• Communication: You turn CAC, ROAS, and complex metrics into stories clients can act on. You build trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships with clients in cooperation with the account team
• AI & Workflow Curiosity: You are an active user of integrating AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate reporting, strategy, and execution
• Transparent Leadership: You are an open and direct communicator who thrives on transparent feedback, and want to raise the bar together
