Job summary

Twigeo in New York is seeking a Senior App Growth Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing) to own the growth strategy and scale campaigns for world‑leading mobile apps. You will lead cross‑channel efforts across Google, Paid Social, CTV and programmatic, guiding growth, creative and analytics teams toward client business targets.

Candidates should have 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in‑house, with deep fluency in app measurement, SKAN, MMPs and incrementality testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing for mobile apps.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Fluent in app measurement, attribution, SKAN, MMPs, and incrementality testing.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and 6–12 month roadmaps for apps.
• Set strategic direction across Google, Paid Social, CTV, and programmatic, leading cross-functional teams.
• Own client relationships as trusted advisor and guide partners through growth decisions.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with creatives to test hooks.
• Test AI tools and automated workflows to speed up campaign execution.
• Spot trends early and learn new tools fast to stay ahead.
