Job summary

Twigeo in New York is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth strategy and run campaigns for top subscription brands. You will manage client relationships and own performance across paid social and search, collaborating with a global team across NY, LA, Stockholm, and Varna.

Ideal candidates excel at budgeting, campaign optimization, and using AI tools to speed up execution and reporting. Hybrid work includes in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Brooklyn.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing performance marketing budgets and driving account growth.
• Experience leading client relationships and acting as strategic partner.
• Experience running mobile app campaigns is a plus.
• Strong project management and deadline discipline.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate reporting, strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Leading client relationships as day-to-day strategic partner, mapping growth plans and accountability for performance.
• Managing and optimizing ad spend across paid social and search (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple) to hit metrics.
• Analyzing performance data and creative trends to explain wins and misses.
• Testing new AI tools and workflows to speed up campaign execution and build better processes.
• Collaborating across offices with creative leads and analytics to raise account performance.

The Growth Marketing role in action

• Leading client relationships as the day-to-day strategic partner. Mapping out growth plans, presenting data, and taking direct accountability for performance.
• Managing and optimizing ad spend across paid social and search (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) to hit target metrics.
• Analyzing performance data & creative trends to decode why campaigns win or lose.
• Testing new AI tools and workflows to speed up campaign execution, and build better ways of operating.
• Collaborating across offices, teaming up with creative leads and analytics specialists in NY, LA, Stockholm, and Varna to raise the bar on your accounts.
