WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. (Wattpad & WEBTOON Family of Brands) is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to drive growth campaigns and paid media, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with internal teams and agencies to develop and scale programs that attract new readers and re‑engage audiences. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in entertainment or fandom marketing, a proven track record in growth marketing, and strong storytelling and analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within entertainment or fandom-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing with proven performance marketing experience.
• Experience marketing to fandom-driven audiences and cross-functional collaboration.
• Global organization experience with ability to influence without direct authority.
• Collaborating with internal creative teams and external agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset using research, brand tracking, and campaign data.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguity-prone environment.
• Bilingual English and Korean is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and launch tentpole marketing campaigns to attract new readers and re-engage lapsed ones.
• Oversee performance marketing agency; manage paid media spend and optimize CAC metrics.
• Track and report campaign performance, including brand health indicators.
• Explore new channels and partnerships to reach new audiences.
• Own the marketing calendar and coordinate promotions across key moments.
