The Role

We seek a versatile marketing leader, a true "marketing athlete," to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our fantasy sports products. You should have experience in user acquisition and engagement across the customer journey, launching new products, managing experimentation, and integrating AI tools to drive growth. Whether your background is in sports, gaming, or consumer tech, if you excel in innovative, data-driven marketing within a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. This is a remote position for candidates residing in the U.S.

What You'll Do
  1. Lead go-to-market strategies for new fantasy sports products, covering awareness, acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
  2. Manage comprehensive marketing plans, from strategic planning and content creation to cross-functional execution, ensuring consistency across the customer lifecycle.
  3. Utilize AI tools for audience segmentation, CRM marketing, campaign optimization, and analytics-driven decisions.
  4. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution across channels.
  5. Develop, test, and refine product messaging through A/B testing, customer surveys, and analytics.
  6. Plan and oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, and in-app messages to boost user engagement.
  7. Analyze data to derive insights that inform product positioning, messaging, creative strategies, and overall marketing approach.
  8. Design and implement growth experiments focused on viral campaigns, growth loops, and conversion rate optimization to accelerate user acquisition and retention.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in growth marketing, ideally within sports, gaming, or consumer tech sectors.
  • Skilled at managing multiple marketing projects across various business verticals.
  • Experience in brand marketing or strategic partnerships is a plus.
  • Proven success in launching products and scaling user growth.
  • Hands-on with AI-driven marketing or growth tools like predictive analytics, personalization, or automation platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM (push, email, transactional), brand, and digital marketing best practices; familiarity with Braze is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends aligned with sports calendars.
Compensation & Benefits
