Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Partner Monetization

About The Role

As part of the Marketing and Partnership teams, you’ll drive activation, monetization, and engagement across our Partnerships channel. You should be experienced in managing email and in-app campaigns from ideation to deployment, working cross-functionally to deliver results. Your responsibilities include implementing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns, launching A/B tests, and analyzing results. This role is crucial to our marketing operations and business growth, reporting to the VP of Customer Lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns using Braze to drive activation and upsells, focusing on monetization. Report on effectiveness and strategize testing with the Employee Benefits team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign setup and optimization, ensuring successful launches and full campaign lifecycle management.
  • Set up measurement frameworks, including control groups, and track performance. Collaborate with analytics to address reporting gaps and share insights to drive growth.
  • Work with senior leadership on long-term engagement strategies to maximize ROI through rapid testing and learning.
  • Stay updated on best practices in email and CLM messaging, incorporating latest trends and tools.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years managing email and in-app campaigns in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a cross-functional setting.
  • Knowledge of subscription metrics like LTV and churn is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for campaign automation; Braze experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Excellent presentation and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and QA campaigns and data issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000-$175,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, retirement plans, and parental leave.
