EverCommerce is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager for CollaborateMD to own demand generation and pipeline across paid, organic, and outbound channels.

You will partner with RevOps, Product Marketing, and Sales, manage ABM pilots, and guide launches and events while leveraging Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce. This remote US role offers flexible work arrangements, opportunities to influence cross-functional growth strategies, and a path to leadership in a fast-growing health IT SaaS

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Health IT growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience running paid media programs and managing agency partners, with a track record of improving efficiency and lead quality.
• Experience owning pipeline or MQL targets and reporting on results to leadership.
• Experience with ABM and outbound programs in partnership with Sales.
• Working knowledge of Marketo, Unbounce, HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Analytical mindset with a habit of testing, measuring, and acting on results.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and RevOps.
• Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow.
• Healthcare or SMB software experience is a plus.

• Demand & Pipeline Ownership: Own MQL and pipeline targets, track performance, adjust channel mix, and deliver insights.
• Paid Media & Agency Partnership: Own paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting; brief agencies; ensure efficiency and lead quality.
• Organic & AEO Partnership: Collaborate on AI-search and content clustering; approve content briefs; optimize keywords.
• ABM & Outbound: Design cluster-based ABM campaigns; build target lists; report on outbound-sourced MQLs.
• Customer Expansion & Advocacy: Plan cross-sell campaigns; track expansion opportunities; collect testimonials and referrals.
• Launches, Events & Partners: Lead go-to-market launches; own event plans; manage partner marketing programs.
