Job summary

NewsBreak is seeking a Growth UA leader to own incrementality-driven budget reallocation across channels. You will design experiments with proper power calculations, manage a team of four or more, and implement guardrails for an automated bidding system.

The role focuses on scaling paid growth with rigorous experimentation and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide testing frameworks, geo-tiered bidding rollout, and ensure access to lift studies and alpha tools, working from our Mountain

Qualifications

• 7+ years in app UA with independently run budgets of $30M+ per year.
• Ability to design experiments with power calculations and stopping rules.
• Experience managing 4+ people including non-buying functions (analytics, creative, or engineering).

Responsibilities

• Own cross-channel budget reallocation based on incrementality.
• Standardize testing angles with pre-registered sample sizes and power calculations.
• Provide guardrails and supervision for the agentic bidding system.
• Roll out geo-tiered bidding.
• Ensure rep support, lift studies, and alpha access.
• Rebalance the team to reduce manual work automated by platforms.
