Job summary

RZR Global in the United States is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive outcomes for our largest advertisers. You will partner with clients and orchestrate cross-functional teams across product, data science, analytics, engineering, and creative to meet and exceed goals.

You will build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and lead revenue retention, product adoption, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in digital advertising, mobile-focused tech/consulting environment, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-growing company and drive growth-focused initiatives.
• Outstanding communication skills with clients and the ability to build trust.
• Excellence in problem-solving, logical and strategic thinking.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds.
• Familiarity with data, numbers, and AI/ML is a plus.
• Ownership and passion for continuous growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Drive net growth across the book of business and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and sell growth opportunities, manage risks, and deploy churn prevention strategies.
• Own strategic creation and execution of account growth plans.
• Build strong client relationships and drive product adoption.
• Provide actionable insights tied to business outcomes, not just metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver against customer expectations and KPIs.
