Schweiger Dermatology is seeking a Full-Time Medical Coordinator for our Greenwich office. The role supports clinical and administrative duties with a focus on Medical Assistant and Patient Coordinator functions to deliver high-quality patient care and efficient front-office service.
Requirements include 6 months to 1 year in a dermatology/medical setting, proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling tools, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Full-Time Medical Coordinator at our Greenwich Office. The Medical Coordinator role supports clinical and administrative duties, with a focus on both Medical Assistant and Patient Coordinator functions. This role is responsible for performing the highest quality of clinical and front office responsibilities to support patients and providers. Previous healthcare experience is required.
Schedule: Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7am-7pm. Open flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.
Work Environment: This role is primarily office-based, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
