Schweiger Dermatology Group in California is seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to patients of all ages. The role includes extensive training in cosmetics and offers a path to advanced practice within a large, patient-focused network.

You will examine, diagnose, and advise on dermatologic treatments, monitor progress, and prescribe medications while maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Masters Degree from an accredited program
• 1-2 years of Dermatology professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care. Extensive cosmetics training offered within the group.
• Examine, diagnose and inform patients to determine dermatological treatments. Monitor and report on treatment progress.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care. Group will offer extensive training in cosmetics if interested. Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients. Examine, Diagnose and inform patients to determine dermatological treatments. Monitor and report on treatment progress. Prescribe medication. Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license. Masters Degree from an accredited program 1-2 years of Dermatology professional experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation Range:

$80,000-160,000+ *We offer competitive compensation packages, including eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses.*
