Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, sales, or account management for a metal fabrication manufacturer.
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T, discuss tolerances credibly with engineers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own growth plan and revenue targets for SFS, building a qualified pipeline to quote and launch.
• Win new business across aftermarket programs, Tier-1 OEMs, and contract manufacturing.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and multi-year agreements with strategic accounts.
• Translate customer drawings and specs into manufacturable solutions with Engineering.
• Lead the quoting process and ensure accurate, profitable quotes with Ops support.
• Drive launches with PPAP, first article inspection, and quality expectations.
