Playfly Sports is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Growth & Innovation to work cross-functionally across PSP strategy, finance, sales and operations. You will develop priority strategies and lead growth initiatives with entrepreneurial mindset.

In this role, you will map new business initiatives, create detailed business plans, define KPI frameworks, and drive operating-model improvements to propel Playfly Sports Properties' performance and scale across the organization.

Competenze

• 3 years of advisory services experience with project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in AI tools and workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Expert MS Office skills with financial analysis and modeling experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.

Mansioni

• Project manage initiatives with PSP strategy, finance, sales, and operations leads.
• Support operating model improvement projects across key business areas.
• Develop and execute PSP growth strategies and map new initiatives.
• Create detailed business plans and success metrics for growth initiatives.
