Job summary

Playfly Sports is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Growth & Innovation in New York, NY. This hybrid role partners with PSP strategy, finance, sales, and operations to drive priority growth initiatives and operating-model improvements.

You will work across Playfly Sports Properties, contribute to scoping nascent initiatives, develop business plans, KPI frameworks, and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3 years of advisory services experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar field.
• Fluency in AI tools and workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc).
• Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel and experience performing detailed financial analysis & modeling.
• Experience leading & managing projects with various internal and external stakeholders; influence without authority.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to synthesize complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Project manage key initiatives with PSP strategy, finance, sales, and operations leads.
• Support operating model improvements across Playfly Sports Properties.
• Develop and execute PSP growth strategies and map new initiatives.
• Create detailed business plans and success metrics; gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Establish KPI frameworks to track strategic initiatives.
• Manage growth projects from design to implementation and measurement.
• Prepare internal analyses and presentations for business impact.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analyses to inform growth strategy.
