Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a hands-on, growth-focused full-stack engineer to own critical pieces of our product-led growth funnel. You will drive signup, activation, and onboarding experiences, and partner with leadership to raise activation and conversion metrics.

You will instrument funnels, analyze user behavior with SQL and product analytics, run experiments, and implement end-to-end improvements across developer-facing frontends and backend services using React, TypeScript, Next.js,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience in startups.
• Proven ownership of conversion/activation funnels and metrics.
• Experience building for developers (APIs, SDKs, docs).
• Skilled in A/B testing and funnel analytics.
• Proficient in React, TS, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with Python, LLM APIs, product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion experiences end to end.
• Instrument funnel, analyze user behavior, and identify growth opportunities.
• Form hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate based on results.
• Build full-stack product improvements across frontend surfaces and backend systems.
• Partner with leadership to shape the growth roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes.
