Qualifications

• Degree in quantitative, scientific, economics, or business field; MBA a plus.
• At least ten years in commercial strategy or growth analytics.
• Experience as trusted advisor to C-level leaders.
• Hands-on with AI tools in analysis; capable of guiding AI agents.
• Strong problem structuring and communication.
• Self-sufficient with data; able to read queries and pull data.
• Healthcare commercial analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own top-line analytics questions and revenue implications.
• Frame problems with clear statements and issue trees.
• Advise the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate with product teams.
• Establish operating rhythm with leadership and governance.
• Lead end-to-end engagements using AI agents.
• Drive decisions and monitor outcomes for impact.
• Surface unasked insights to leadership when warranted.
• Develop shared definitions with Data Governance teams.
• Share lessons to knowledge repositories and improve methods.
