SimplePractice, Santa Monica-based, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to evolve our Marketing Sciences data ecosystem and architect growth-focused data infrastructure. You will bridge core data engineering with growth initiatives, ensuring high-fidelity signals for NBA, pLTV, and Demand Modeling.

You will partner with Growth Analytics to productionize models and maintain reliable data pipelines, while collaborating with Analysts, Data Scientists, and Marketing Stakeholders in an Agile

Qualifications

• Modern Data Stack proficiency with Snowflake and DBT.
• Python and SQL programming with automation mindset.
• Experience handling semi-structured JSON API data from marketing sources.
• Segment event pipelines design and management.
• Strategic data architecture with focus on LTV, CAC, ROAS.
• Collaborative in Agile SCRUM/Kanban with Analysts, Data Scientists, Marketing Stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from marketing platforms, CRM, and event streams.
• Move predictive models from research to production-ready data environments.
• Architect pipelines for Attribution & Demand Modeling and LTV:CAC reporting.
• Support experimental infrastructure with A/B tests and reliable logging.
• Coordinate MarTech integrations to ensure Source of Truth across platforms like Iterable, Hubspot, Gong, Segment.
• Enable Reverse ETL and activation by syncing warehouse insights to product and marketing tools.
