Job summary

Hippo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Austin (hybrid) or Dallas (Hybrid) to join the Business Enablement & Insights team. You will build reliable views of the customer funnel across marketing spend, leads, quotes, and conversions, and translate data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data Science to forecast, run experiments, and improve attribution, data quality, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, growth analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills; Tableau experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing customer or marketing funnels, conversion performance, or growth metrics.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and identifying data quality or attribution issues.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with ability to move from trend to root cause and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain views of the customer funnel across marketing spend, leads, quotes, and conversions.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify where customers drop out and influence actions.
• Assess marketing channel performance to inform investment decisions (CPL, CAC, conversion).
• Support segmentation by customer, home, geographic, channel, and conversion characteristics.
• Partner with Marketing and Data Science on experimentation and post-test analysis.
