Cetera Financial Group seeks a Senior Business Analyst to aggregate data from diverse sources, build advanced financial models in Excel, and deliver insights that accelerate growth, analytics, and operational efficiency for the Growth Organization.

The role sits at the intersection of business strategy and modern data/AI tooling, leveraging Snowflake, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to scale how leaders consume and act on data, while navigating ambiguous problems from ideation to executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, CS, data analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics with ability to write intermediate-to-advanced SQL.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building financial models in Excel with advanced functions and scenario modeling.
• Experience building or prototyping agentic AI solutions (Snowflake Cortex Agents, Claude, or Copilot Studio) including prompt design and data grounding.
• Experience with Tableau and Snowflake's Streamlit for visualization.
• Willingness to learn Airtable and emerging AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to derive insights from large datasets for ambiguous business questions.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate data from disparate sources to produce analytics and insights for senior leaders.
• Build agents in Claude and Copilot Studio integrated with Snowflake/Salesforce to automate reporting and profiling.
• Develop advanced Excel financial models for forecasting, scenarios, and growth ROI.
• Translate business outcomes into data/reporting requirements and partner with stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and reports (Tableau, Streamlit) to visualize results and forecasts for leaders.
• Automate data collection and reporting with Snowflake Tasks/Streams and Alteryx.
• Lead analytics on special projects from ideation to executive delivery.
