Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive hospitality group sales experience with demonstrated senior-level achievement.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce/Delphi, sales pace modeling, and revenue forecasting tools.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing sales KPIs, budgets, and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Own all group sales segments for the hotel; proactively solicit new accounts, convert high-yield business, and maintain top-tier relationships with key client decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver weekly pace reports, activity logs, and pipeline health updates. Conduct monthly conversion rate analyses and track proactive sales KPIs to identify market opportunities and revenue gaps.
• Partner directly with the Regional Director of Sales and General Manager to draft annual business plans, establish budgeting needs, produce quarterly sales strategies, and generate accurate group revenue forecasts.
• Interview, select, train, and mentor junior sales associates in alignment with brand standards and HHM core values. Coordinate multi-departmental support to execute flawless group experiences.
• Conduct outside sales calls, participate in local industry travel, represent the hotel at key trade shows, and deliver compelling, high-impact sales presentations to prospect organizations.
• Utilize Salesforce/Delphi to manage pipeline integrity, document client interaction, and track account activity. Adhere to HHM’s EarthView sustainability initiatives.
