Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Project Manager, Senior - Group Medicare (non-IT) to drive operational excellence across Medicare Advantage and Part D programs. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, streamline processes, and partner with internal teams and employer groups to improve efficiency and member experience.

You will report to the Program Manager and contribute to CMS readiness and compliance within a hybrid, in-office two days a week model, supporting retirees and plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in program or project management, operations, or healthcare administration.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Healthcare/Medicare operations experience and CMS knowledge required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders.
