Job summary

Panasonic North America is seeking a Group Manager, Supply Chain Operations in Newark, NJ to lead end-to-end supply chain execution, inventory management, and order fulfillment with a focus on service excellence and cost efficiency.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, IT and Panasonics factories to optimize demand, supply, and fulfillment, while mentoring a 30-person team and an outsourced group. This is a high-impact leadership role in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations or logistics/distribution.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) including OTC, planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution to deliver operational excellence and customer service.
• Oversee demand and supply coordination through Panasonic factories, inventory management, logistics and order fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement, cross-functional alignment and KPIs across supply chain functions.
• Manage a high-performing team and collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and factories.
