Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution across demand & supply planning, inventory, logistics and fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment to meet service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, IT and Panasonic Factories.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI reporting across the function.
• Mentor a team of ~30 employees plus an outsourced team of 20.
