Panasonic Corporation of North America in Newark, New Jersey seeks a Group Manager of Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain execution, oversee demand and supply planning, inventory, logistics, and customer order management. The role partners with Sales, Product, Finance and factories to optimize performance, drive cost efficiency and improve customer service.

The candidate will manage a ~30 employee team plus 20 outsourced staff, implement lean improvements, and champion KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations or logistics/distribution.
• Experience running a high-volume, industrial components supply chain preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), OTC, planning and inventory management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution across demand & supply planning, inventory, logistics, distribution and fulfillment.
• Manage inventory strategies, targets, policies, and controls to balance service levels with cost and working capital.
• Oversee customer order management and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Drive lean processes, automation and continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
