Responsibilities

• Train, instruct, and supervise a team of employees.
• Lay out work and set up equipment per print and procedures.
• Schedule work to meet production targets and maintain supplies.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Document records and reports as needed by management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency policies are followed.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and assist in all department operations.
