MRM Health is looking for a Group Copy Supervisor to join the team. The Group Copy Supervisor will be a brand steward and category champion, responsible for having a deep understanding of the brand, its benefits, and competitive differentiation. Working with art partners will own all day-to-day writing responsibilities for assigned healthcare/pharma-related HCP or DTC accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and will have the skills and experience to think strategically, supply creative ideas and concepts, and execute across a range of mediums and to a wide variety of audiences.
This role will be based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
