Omnicom Health Market Access (OHMA) is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor in New York to lead copy development across market access brands, translating complex clinical and economic data into persuasive content for payers, HCPs, and patients.

You'll mentor copy talent, partner with cross-functional teams, and steer project quality from concept to final execution, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical market access and payer marketing experience is required.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare market access landscape, including payer dynamics and formulary access.
• Experience developing payer-focused materials and market access deliverables.
• Strong conceptual copywriting skills, capable of turning complex clinical and economic information into persuasive messaging.
• Experience leading creative projects and guiding other writers in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in copy development and execution.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including defending concepts with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive approach and commitment to developing others.

• Lead copy development and creative direction across assigned market access brands.
• Develop concepts and messaging for payer and market access communications.
• Partner with Art, Strategy, Account, and cross-functional teams to execute integrated solutions.
• Contribute to brand strategy with fresh ideas for market access challenges.
• Present concepts and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Oversee projects from concept through final execution with quality and consistency.
• Review and provide feedback on copy from other writers to elevate output.
• Mentor and develop copy talent across the team.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
