Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a groundwater specialist to support planning, design and delivery of groundwater systems for municipal and data center projects across Texas.

You will work with industry leaders on major water supply programs and large-scale developments, contributing technically and advancing leadership within the team. A 10-year track record and geologist licensure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline required.
• Registered Professional Geologist (ASBOG) preferred.
• 10 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Performs and signs off on geophysical testing, hydrogeologic analysis, and related evaluations to meet client requirements.
• Prepares and reviews reports and calculations for compliance with regulations at all levels.
• Collaborates with sales staff to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Mentors junior staff and provides guidance on project work.
