This non-exempt, full-time role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team, with on-call snow removal responsibilities during the winter. The role emphasizes safe operation of tools, preventive maintenance, pesticide application, and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of horticulture or landscape maintenance experience.
• MA pesticide license required; Hoisting License 2B/1C or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Winter/Green School certification or higher in turf management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate hand and power tools and landscape equipment safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mowers and irrigation systems.
• Follow Grounds Zone Maintenance Plan and prioritize tasks.
• Apply pesticides per program and regulations.
• Assist in training seasonal staff and coordinate tasks.
• Support safety standards and teamwork.
