  • Partner closely with field superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, under budget, and injury-free.
  • Maintain transparent, solution-oriented relationships with design partners, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.

  • Mentor junior project engineers and assistant project managers to build high-performing project delivery teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated commercial project management experience

  • Hands-on experience with Design-Build, cost-plus, and lump-sum contract structures.
  • Strong proficiency with industry software including Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Sage Timberline Estimating, and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills built around direct, relationship-oriented client service.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related engineering discipline.
  • 10 years of dedicated commercial project management experience.
