Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to interface with internal programs and external government customers, delivering mission‑critical system integration across autonomy, perception, and simulation products.

You will develop stakeholder‑driven artifacts, ensure deliverables meet meeting and event requirements, and participate in shaping our Digital Engineering Strategy while gaining deep product knowledge of Anduril platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
• Experience with DoD weapon systems, space systems, etc.
• Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with government requirements analysis and system design.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal programs and external customers as a systems engineer.
• Develop stakeholder-driven artifacts and work with functional areas to ensure they are complete and accurate; contract deliverables may be demonstrated at stakeholder meetings and events.
• Act as a key liaison between Anduril and government customers, providing Systems Engineering and Mission Systems Integration expertise.
• Participate in the creation of our Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and its implementation.
• Acquire a deep understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products through the maintenance of systems-engineering artifacts.
