The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA (onsite) seeks a Ground SEIT Engineer (Experienced or Lead) to join the SI&WS GMSE group. You will evaluate customer needs, define test plans, and lead system integration and testing across ground systems and mission components.

Qualifications include active TS/SCI clearance with poly, a BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years in systems engineering, and 1+ year of leadership experience. Occasional travel (10%) is required.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph or FS.
• BS in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, math, data science or CS.
• 5+ years in Systems Engineering with architecture, interfaces and requirements.
• 1+ year leading a project or team.
• 1+ year system integration and test.
• Experience with Ground Systems Engineering.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate needs to define system performance and interface compatibility.
• Define and develop test requirements, plans, procedures and schedules.
• Perform real-time testing and anomaly resolution.
• Lead test execution, data analysis and result preparation.
• Lead analyses for system optimization and architecture decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external customers.
