Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Ground Senior Ops Training Engineer - Level 4 based in Aurora, CO. You will lead, design, and develop training products for mission operators handling CONOPS, system design, and ground software for telemetry, tracking, commanding, and satellite operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing training material per Instructional System Design (ISD) or similar construct.
• On-Console Command and Control Satellite Operations experience.
• Professional and comfortable presentation skills in front of an audience, demonstrating command of Space Vehicle material.
• Ground System anomaly troubleshooting and resolution experience.
• Agile Development Processes experience.
• Project Management and Scheduling experience.
• Commanding knowledge and experience in Space Vehicle Health and Safety.
• Satellite simulator and ground system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of training products for mission operators.
• Collaborate with SMEs and technology experts to execute the SOW for training.
• Work with stakeholders, designers and engineers to deliver quality products and features.
• Cross-functional leadership to execute the product strategy and on-time delivery of training.
• Help manage product backlog, iteration planning and user stories.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure instructional design meets delivery content.
• Work with Procedure developers for input and development on Operations & Training.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder environment to deliver results within tight windows.
