Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Ground Senior Ops Training Engineer – Level 4 based in Aurora, CO. You will lead and develop training products for mission operators, ensuring on-time delivery while coordinating with SMEs, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality content.

The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a STEM degree with extensive experience, and proficiency in instructional design, system operations, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required at time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of relevant experience; 6 with a Master’s; 4 with a PhD.
• Experience in developing training material IAW Instructional System Design processes or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and develop training products for mission operators.
• Coordinate with SMEs and technology experts to execute the system engineering statement of work.
• Work with stakeholders, designers and engineers to deliver quality products and features.
• Manage product backlog, iteration planning and user story elaboration.
• Contribute to Operational Training Product development and maturity.
• Collaborate with Procedure developers for input and development.
