Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading a diverse team of operators
• Providing mission operations support to NGSS Satellite programs
• Developing operational documentation for on-orbit checkout and commissioning
• Testing using simulators and resolving discrepancies
• Developing and testing command procedures and telemetry pages
• Creating test procedures for end-to-end spacecraft tests
• Supporting mission readiness activities and timelines
• Monitoring vehicle state of health across subsystems
• Telemetry trending and anomaly resolution support
• Maintaining procedures and documentation per processes
• Mentoring the mission operations team
• Communicating with internal and external customers
