Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in power systems engineering, research, or related areas.
• Experience with utility systems, DER technologies, grid modernization, and advanced power-system applications.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and lead complex multidisciplinary initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership in power-system simulation, grid engineering, DER, and advanced energy-system applications.
• Lead development of new technical capabilities, advisory services, and market-facing solutions that advance EPRI's mission.
• Collaborate across sectors to develop integrated technical solutions and maximize organizational impact.
• Represent EPRI externally through industry forums, executive engagements, and partnerships.
