Job summary

Niron Magnetics seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead the on-site construction of a new magnet production plant. You will direct safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and contractor performance from site mobilization through commissioning.

The role requires coordinating with EPC firms and vendors, maintaining schedule discipline, and reporting progress to capital program leadership in a first-plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction of large-scale industrial or manufacturing capital projects.
• Proven success delivering greenfield plants or major facility expansions.
• Significant experience managing EPC firms on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Own construction-phase delivery from site mobilization through mechanical completion and turnover to commissioning.
• Lead site team in safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and subcontractor performance.
• Deliver the construction scope on time and within the approved capital budget.
• Act as the company's accountable owner's representative for all construction activities on site.
• Promote and manage safety and health performance; manage project risks with leadership.
