SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Security Consultant – GRC to join its cybersecurity advisory practice. This is a client-facing, remote role with home-office setup determined by SHI management.

You will lead governance, risk, and compliance engagements, translating complex requirements into practical business outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of GRC experience, strong consulting presence, and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, risk management, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of governance, risk, compliance experience in a client-facing environment.
• Experience in cybersecurity advisory or internal audit preferred; travel up to 10%.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor are strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on GRC, cybersecurity governance, and program maturity.
• Lead and deliver client-facing engagements independently with high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct governance, risk, compliance assessments aligned to frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate risk assessments and tabletop exercises for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Develop governance models, security frameworks, and data governance blueprints.
• Support internal audit readiness, compliance reporting, and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and practice leaders to identify client needs.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice growth and methodologies.
