Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Security Consultant - GRC to join our cybersecurity advisory practice. This client-facing role requires hands-on experience translating security and regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes.

You will lead engagements, develop governance models, and mentor other consultants while collaborating with Sales, Project Managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality services. This remote position offers home-office setup per SHI policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, information systems, risk management, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in governance, risk, and compliance roles.
• Experience in cybersecurity advisory or internal audit in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing GRC engagements with minimal supervision.
• Conduct governance, risk, and compliance assessments aligned to frameworks.
• Facilitate risk assessments and tabletop exercises for stakeholders.
• Develop governance models, frameworks, and operating procedures.
• Support internal audits, compliance reporting, and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive successful delivery.
• Mentor other consultants and contribute to practice growth.
