Job summary

Inceed, on behalf of a client, seeks a confident Manager of Governance, Risk & Compliance to lead cross-functional GRC initiatives across IT and OT. You will shape policies, guide risk treatment, and ensure audit readiness in a highly regulated environment.

The role demands hands-on leadership, collaboration with security and cloud teams, and a proven ability to drive governance improvements while managing a small team and contractor support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in GRC or related security leadership roles.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Background in risk assessments and compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of IT and OT security environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management practices.
• Ability to build and improve governance processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives across IT and OT environments.
• Develop and improve policies, standards, and control frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and guide risk treatment decisions.
• Support third-party risk management activities.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams.
• Map controls to frameworks such as NIST and ISO standards.
• Drive continuous compliance improvements and audit readiness.
• Manage a small team and contractor support.
