Job summary

Weaver in Austin, Texas, is looking for a Senior Associate or Supervisor in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Department. The candidate will assist in executing SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations and manage various engagements. We value team players who communicate effectively and accept responsibility.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Understanding of SOC reporting guidance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Experience supervising Associates and Senior Associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team.
