Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.
• Experience with IT functions related to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes.
• Collaborate with clients for risk-aware organizational changes.

Skills

Public accounting experience

Understanding of IT general controls

Familiarity with SSAE standards

Experience supervising Associates

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

Tools

GRC tools (Fieldguide, AuditBoard, etc.)
