Job summary

Career Team, a mission-driven employer behind Career EDGE, seeks a Senior GRC Analyst to own GovRAMP, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 and SOC 2 program elements. You will shape documentation, vendor risk, and policy, ensuring audit readiness and strong controls across our U.S. operations in a fully remote role.

You will partner with security leadership and engineering, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a growing GRC team while aligning with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on GRC experience with relevant platforms.
• Experience with FedRAMP, GovRAMP or StateRAMP programs.
• Author SSPs, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring deliverables.
• Strong English writing for auditors and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the SSP, policies, procedures aligned to NIST 800-53 and SOC 2.
• Manage POA&M lifecycle, evidence catalog, and monitoring.
• Run third-party risk management, vendor security reviews.
• Coordinate with security team and 3PAOs for authorizations.
